Job Title: Customer Service Reps In-Bound
TMD Staffing is looking to hire CSR's in the North Austin area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person / Call Center Environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to customers experiencing card issues via email, chat, and inbound calls (primarily email/chat)
- Act as a subject matter expert to support agents and enhance customer experience
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner
- Handle escalations and provide professional de-escalation support
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and ticketing systems
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed
- Assist with testing system updates and provide feedback
- Collaborate across teams to share insights and improve processes
- Take ownership of challenging cases to ensure full resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to de-escalate customer concerns professionally
- Team player who follows direction and knows when to ask for help
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
PAY RATE
$16.00 per hour attendance bonus opportunity
SCHEDULE
Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm CST
