Act as a consultant to develop and grow client relationships with advertisers of all sizes - Create media plans that deliver against client KPIs - Monitor, analyze campaign performance and make proactive recommendations to improve results - Project manage complex media buys with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and assets - Support and work with Sales on pre-sale research and pitches - Serve as an external product expert, educating clients and agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices. - Manage measurement strategy and creative execution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign executions and troubleshoot client issues - Collect marketplace feedback and insights to guide our advertising strategy and ad offerings Requirements: Minimum Qualification: - Experience in an account management and/or client service role within digital marketing and/or advertising - Experience managing complex client and campaign issues - Experience analyzing campaign delivery, diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with auction-based ad networks - Experience working directly with brand or performance advertisers, including agencies - Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) - Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills - Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized - Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
