The Producer will support the production of marketing assets for WWGS. This role will be heavily focused on photography and video production and post-production. The ideal candidate is a passionate, collaborative problem-solver with a strong foundation in photo and video production and an interest in growing their skills within a high-performing team.

Day-to-day, the Producer will engage with internal and external partners to identify creative assets needed, plan the capture and creation of assets, and ensure quality and continuity in line with WWGS brand standards.

The Creative Producer will work alongside senior producers and cross-functional partners to bring creative ideas to life while driving production efficiencies and delivering on-brief content that meets brand and campaign needs. The Creative Producer is a member of the WWGS Brand & Sustainability team and reports to the Senior Team Leader, Creative Production.

Key job responsibilities
Provide reliable support for creative production projects across video, photo and post-production
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand marketing strategy, operational needs and functional use of production assets
Lead specific creative production projects as needed
Coordinate with project managers on asset requests and project timelines to deliver creative and assets on-time and within budget
Ensure final assets and versions adhere to creative brand standards and required technical specs
Seek production efficiencies in terms of internal labor and external hard costs
Review requests for creative asset and deliverables, avoiding duplication; become familiar with existing creative assets to recommend alternative options as appropriate
Actively participate in or lead internal status meetings and pre-production meetings with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, leadership approvals, and updates throughout the process
Provide partners and teams the necessary direction, shot lists, creative treatments, comps, products and any other information needed to produce assets which fulfill the creative vision
Support and/or lead photoshoots on-set with internal creative team and external partners, ensuring accuracy of brand & product representation and adherence to creative guidelines
Engage and effectively communicate with editors and retouchers as needed on reviews, approvals, files, updates, and delivery
Manage projects to budget and develop ability to estimate project budgets
Assist with formal processes for contracts, supplier set-up, estimates, POs and invoices
Foster collaborative win-win relationships with internal and external partners
Represent Creative Production professionally with vendors, on set, and in cross-team settings

Basic Qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
- BA/BS degree in Radio-Television-Film, Marketing, Design, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of professional experience in photography and/or video production, working in brand, agency, studio, or production company environments
- Experience in the creative production process from concept through on-set/shoot management to post-production and final deliverables
- Knowledge of asset specifications for various channels including print, digital, social, email, etc.
- General understanding of considerations and expense implications for talent and usage rights
- Experience in managing production project budget & expenses
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and clarity
- Passion for organization and details, paired with creative curiosity
- Comfort working under accelerated timelines and multitasking to manage various projects
- Ability to communicate detailed information in a clear, organized manner

Preferred Qualifications

- Desired experience in Retail/Grocery, Food & Beverage, or CPG
- Understanding of social media platforms especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and best practices for social-first content
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
- Interest in or experience with AI-driven production tools and workflows

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
