How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • PharmD with 1&-2 years of 340B experience required
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives (medication safety, utilization, pharmacoeconomics)
  • Manage staff training, competency assessments, and development (pharmacists, residents, students)
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage departmental budget while participating in committees

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Must be willing to initiate the process to obtain one or more Pharmacist licenses within 90 days of hire/transfer for the following states: AL, AR, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA & WV.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.
