- Strategic Calendar Management: Manage and maintain schedules and itineraries for daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual timeframes for the Head of R&D. Run the Executives schedule proactively with minimal input, weighing priorities and making decisions based on business needs.

R&D Liaison: Serve as the designated point of contact for the R&D leader, where appropriate responding to inquiries on behalf of the executive to internal engineering teams and external technology partners.

Meeting and Event Coordination: Manage and support the agenda, actions, and follow-up items for R&D leadership staff meetings, and ad-hoc R&D events. Including coordinating meeting content and in some cases creating content.

Content Management: Coordinate content for meetings and events including creating, editing and compiling content.

Global Logistics: Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel to global design centers and manufacturing sites, including visa applications. Complete all associated expense reports accurately and timely.

Off-site & Team Planning: Research and provide recommendations on venues for engineering off-sites, technical workshops, and team-building events.

General Administration: Perform administrative and office management tasks.

Special Projects: Provide administrative support for company-wide engineering initiatives and special technical projects as assigned.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting Sr. Level or C-suite. Experience within a high-tech, semiconductor, or R&D-focused environment is highly preferred.
