Key Responsibilities Operate a laser reballing machine to rework semiconductor components. Load and unload components, and perform machine setup. Visually inspect reworked components to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. Document work and report any machine issues to a supervisor. This is a weekends-only position: 2nd Shift Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Qualifications & Requirements Technical Experience: high-tech equipment.
