Responsibilities
Data Entry Execution (Primary Responsibility)
- Perform high-volume manual data entry in a timely and precise manner
- Enter data into Excel templates in compliance with established procedures
- Review and verify data during entry to ensure accuracy
- Identify discrepant or incomplete data and escalate to supervisor
- Correct data entry errors as identified
Data Handling and Processing
- Digitize paper data sheets and organize electronic records
- Copy, print, sort, and assemble file materials upon completion
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Production and Workflow Support
- Execute assigned data entry workload on a daily basis
- Maintain consistent output aligned with reporting demands
- Support administrative team with basic file and document preparation
Facility and Administrative Support
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Provide limited support for administrative tasks as directed
- Participate in additional tasks once data entry queue is complete
Work Management
- Maintain accuracy and productivity during high-volume work
- Demonstrate strong follow through on assigned tasks
- Perform other duties as needed

- Proficient in MS Excel with competency in formatting and fundamental formulas
- Demonstrated accuracy and speed in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- HS Diploma or equivalent with an Associates preferred
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
- Very punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic and task ownership
