Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler &- 2nd Shift
Location: Conroe, TX
Shift: 3:00 PM &- 11:30 PM (M-F)
Hourly Rate: $14.70$15.75 an hour / DOE

Job Overview:

We're looking for Manufacturing Assemblers to join our dynamic team on the 2nd Shift in Conroe, TX. If you're detail-oriented, hardworking, and eager to be a part of a growing company, we want to hear from you!

As an assembler, you'll help build quality products using tools and machinery in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Products: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components to meet high standards.

  • Quality Checks: Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality specifications.

  • Tool Maintenance: Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment safely.

  • Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary PPE to maintain a safe workspace.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

  • Keep it Clean: Maintain a tidy and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate!

  • Skills:

    • Ability to use tools and machinery accurately.

    • Strong attention to detail and precision.

    • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. ‍
