Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a growing finance team. This role focuses on processing invoices, managing expenses, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices with proper documentation and approvals
Code transactions to correct GL accounts, job numbers, and departments
Set up vendors, maintain W-9s, and assist with 1099 reporting
Manage credit card transactions and reimbursements through Ramp
Track and follow up on pending invoice approvals
Assist with weekly check and ACH payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Support AP process improvements and ERP implementation
Qualifications:
3 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
Strong Excel and accounting software skills (QuickBooks preferred)
Experience with Ramp or similar platforms is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
