Our client a well-established commercial interiors contractor specializing in office build-outs and workplace transformations, this firm focuses on delivering high-quality finishes through a highly collaborative, client-first approach. Known for disciplined project management, attention to detail, and consistent execution, the team partners closely with owners, architects, and construction managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with the client's vision-resulting in long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Send out subcontracts and issue purchase orders through Procore to ensure vendors and trades are properly authorized and tracked for each project.
- Upload and manage construction drawings within Procore so all project stakeholders have access to the most current plans.
- Coordinate and track required permits to ensure projects remain compliant with local regulations.
- Organize all project-related documents and upload them to the online project management system for accurate recordkeeping and easy reference.
- Set up new subcontractors by collecting and verifying required documentation, including W-9 forms and certificates of insurance (COIs).

- Previous experience with a general contractor required
