Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for an Engineering Intern for Summer 2026. This internship provides hands-on exposure to project engineering work in a corporate environment. The Engineering Intern will support Project Engineers with day-to-day tasks tied to project coordination, documentation, data tracking, and process improvement.
Location: Dallas, TX
What You’ll Do:

Assist with project documentation: drawings, specifications, calculations, and other documents as needed

Help prepare engineering deliverables including presentations, summaries, dashboards, and other reports.

Perform basic data analysis: compile, review, and analyze project data for trends, risks, or gaps.

Work with operations, supply chain, quality, and contract admin as needed.

Help document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support standardization.

Support special projects as assigned
What You'll Need:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Technology, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related discipline)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position
- Office-based, headquarters role
- Standard business hours
- Minimal to no travel expected
