Construction Assistant Superintendent

A growing general contractor is looking to add a self driven and talented Assistant Superintendent to their team immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement This is an organization that builds by their core values and treats their employees like family! They are based in GA and projects would be in the Southeast.

Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry

  • Light industrial project experience required

. Reading and interpreting plans and specification.

. Work with the project team to ensure safety compliance for all subcontractors on site.

. Completing daily reports to document production, weather, issues, and manpower.

. Supervising and coordinating deliveries, subcontractors, and labor.

- Strong communication skills with Superintendent, Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

- Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget

- Experience with commercial and education projects.

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
