About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal with 5 years of experience to join a fast-paced, results-driven litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a plaintiff-side environment, can independently manage a caseload, and is comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement or trial
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, demand packages, and correspondence
- Coordinate and summarize medical records, bills, and liens
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Support attorneys in case strategy, investigation, and settlement negotiations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury paralegal
- Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes and procedures
- Experience drafting discovery, demands, and litigation documents
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in case management software
