Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Opportunity &- DFW

An established, consistently ENR-ranked, employee-owned General Contractor is actively seeking a Project Manager to Senior Project Manager to join their growing DFW team. This organization has built a strong reputation across Texas for delivering large-scale ground-up commercial and industrial projects while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented culture and exceptionally high employee retention.

Responsibilities:

& Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout

& Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, RFIs, and change orders

& Maintain strong client and design team relationships

& Coordinate with field operations to ensure successful project delivery

& Lead project meetings and maintain communication across all stakeholders

& Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

& 5 years of experience with a commercial General Contractor

& Experience managing ground-up commercial or industrial projects preferred

& Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project responsibilities

& Strong communication and organizational skills

& Experience with projects $20M is highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

& Project Manager: $110k-130k DOE

& Senior Project Manager: $130K&-$160K DOE

& ESOP / Employee Ownership

& Bonus structure

& Comprehensive health benefits

& Vehicle allowance and additional company perks
