Insurance Producer

We are partnered with a leading independent brokerage that is seeking a motivated and experienced Producer. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a genuine passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions. We’re especially interested in producers with a proven history in personal lines accounts. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and consistently achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, and close new insurance business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.

  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.

  • Utilizie multiple resources to be successful, such as inbound and outbound calls, referrals, social media, etc

  • Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Active TX P&C insurance license

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bilingual is perfered
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
