As a Security Officer Lobby Operations in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Pay Rate: $18.16 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by greeting tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site-specific security-related procedures.
  • Monitor lobby activity, manage visitor registration and sign-in processes, issue temporary access materials as directed, and communicate clearly with building staff and authorized contacts.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and support day-to-day front desk operations in a professional manner while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site protocols.
  • Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
