Factory Location: Dallas, TX Compensation: $30.40/hr at time of hire with $.50 cent increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked Schedule: 5:00 - 5:30 on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule; day or night shift available Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs Benefits of working for Primo Brands: Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA, heath savings account (HSA) Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment Other great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Responsibilities Safely and proactively operate, troubleshoot, and optimize PET injection and support equipment Meet performance targets for injection Ensure proper setup of injection machines Monitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize bottle quality and correct defects, including the completion of hourly quality checks Manage bottle silo level, merge/dump gate setup, and blower speeds Routinely communicate with up/down stream operators to maximize line performance Execute preform and bottle changeovers Maintain machine adjustment logs Comply with sanitation standards, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean and organized work area Follow contamination prevention and machine cleaning procedures Become proficient in facility specific injection equipment operations and troubleshooting Use troubleshooting to correct downtime issues Communicate with maintenance on machine performance issues, submit work requests for corrective maintenance Cross train and perform duties of other team members as needed Assist with equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and rebuilds as needed Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Prior experience operating PET injection equipment, troubleshooting injection components, and processing experience is preferred but not required Solid computer skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and enterprise management software (SAP) Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively Solid problem solving and decision-making skills Comfort working in a high-speed production environment Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times over a 12-hour shift, basic math and reading skills Successful completion of a post-offer physical, drug screen, and background check are required Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
