Education and Experience: A High School diploma or GED, and one (1) year of cashiering or cash handling experience, including one (1) year of customer service experience.

Under immediate supervision, collect tolls at an international bridge on assigned shift.
- Typical Duties
Collect tolls at an international bridge on an assigned shift. Involves: Count and verify assigned cash drawer at beginning of shift. Collect tolls from passing vehicles and pedestrians in both United States (U.S.) and Mexican currency and make correct change. Operate personal computer to process vehicular traffic by proper classification. Monitor traffic to refer vehicles to U.S. or Mexican Customs for inspection. Count daily collections, reconcile receipts, prepare daily reports and securely deposit receipts at end of shift.
Respond to inquiries and complaints from the general public. Involves: Provide directions and information, assist in resolving problems that may occur and interact with a wide range of border patrol, customs and other security personnel, coworkers and the public.
Perform related duties as required. Involves: Perform duties of coworkers as necessary to ensure continuity of operations during absences. Advise supervisor in a timely manner of situations, issues or complaints that have or could lead to deviation from expected results.- General Information
