Responsible for shift operation of an Exchange branch facility. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty. THE APPLICANT MUST BE 21 AND OLDER TO APPLY AND MUST MEET THE HOURS OF AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT MONDAY-FRIDAY 0730-1800 BASED ON THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE FACILITY. Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.
