What You Will Be Doing


As the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of E3 technical tasks across EMI, EMC, ESD, and Spectrum Management while leading a team of 10-15 engineers.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Direct technical delivery and quality assurance for E3 tasks per program SOW.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with customers, program and technical leadership.

  • Guide design, implementation, test, verification, reporting, and scheduling activities.

  • Mentor and develop engineering talent to ensure high-performing outcomes.

  • Manage risk, schedule, and resource allocation for the E3 portfolio.

A collaborative systems-engineering leader with deep experience in EMI/EMC, ESD, and spectrum management. You thrive in complex program environments, excel at guiding technical teams through end-to-end delivery, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Further Information About This Opportunity


MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -This position is located at a facility that requiresspecial access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secretclearance to start.


This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. 10 years of related experience.

3 years in a formal management position leading a team of engineers, including performance reviews for direct reports.

Experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and experience as an EVMS Control Account Manager (CAM) or Work Package Lead (WPL). Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline.

Experience managing cost, schedule and performance of government technical statements of work.

Experience in milestone planning and execution to completion (e.g. Design Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, etc.).
