What You Will Be Doing
This position will support the Global Tooling and Fabrication build area Director as the 'Action Officer' responsible for oversight of organizational strategic/tactical planning and execution.
Bridging to the Organization
- Manages Operating Rhythm including scheduling, pre- and post- planning
- Bridge gaps between functions, building effective relationships to solve problems and execute cross-functionally
Organizing Decision Making
- Coordinate short, medium, and long term strategy execution for build team
- Monitor, support, and index measures of success aligned with Organizational vision and initiatives
Becoming a Thought Partner
- Function as extension of Director's intent, ensuring vision is focused and being executed as designed
- Assist Director in managing time allocation and prioritization of decision making

- Cross-functional team leadership
- Root Cause/Corrective Action experience
- Change Management experience on large and diverse teams
- Organizational communications and alignment
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level - Project Management &/or Project Leadership experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
