Public Insurance Adjuster

Location: Texas (Travel Required) Compensation: Up to $120,000 potential (DOE - base plus commission)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, experienced, and highly skilled Public Insurance Adjuster to join our top-performing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for our clients—guiding them through the claims process, securing accurate settlements, and providing a best-in-class customer experience. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive on-site property inspections and accurately assess damages for both residential and commercial losses.
  • Analyze insurance policies to identify applicable coverages and develop strategic claim approaches.
  • Prepare and submit detailed claim documentation, including estimates, photographs, and proofs of loss.
  • Conduct settlement negotiations with insurance carrier adjusters to secure fair and accurate outcomes for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, proactive, and professional communication throughout the claims process.
  • Partner with contractors, engineers, and industry experts to support and substantiate claim findings.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Public Insurance Adjuster license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing first-party property claims (residential, commercial, or both).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with high-profile clients and maintain strict professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections, client meetings, and related assignments.
  • Successful completion of a background screening.
