The right Superintendent will have at least 5 years of construction management experience with projects of many different types, including but not limited to: healthcare, education, convention centers, K-12, commercial office and more.

As a Superintendent, you are responsible for Full Project Field Responsibility of projects in excess of $25MM.

The Superintendent is a key position with responsibility to lead and manage subcontractors and employees and oversee all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion for either public works projects, or private commercial work in multiple industries.

Job Requirements

& 5 years of building and construction management experience

& Proven construction experience

& Up to date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills

& General knowledge of construction principles/practices required.

& Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment and grow the company

& Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel may be required.
