Job Description
An occupational health clinic is seeking a Medical Operations Coordinator who will schedule appointments, check in/out patients and prepare and organize paper charts during patient and provider interactions. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and/or reschedule patient appointments
- Check in/out patients appointments.
- Receive inbound calls and direct callers to the appropriate department
- Inform and provide patients with necessary information and instructions prior to their appointment
- Prepare and organize paper charts
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One year or more of Medical Receptionist/Medical Front Desk Specialist experience is required.
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
