TMD Staffing is looking to hire Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Person in Northwest side of Houston, 77041 area!


WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Warehouse


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and Process Incoming Shipments: Unload trucks, verify the accuracy of shipments, and inspect for damages.

  • Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately pick items according to order specifications, pack them securely, and prepare them for shipment.

  • Maintain Inventory: Keep track of stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies.

  • Ensure Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily goals and deadlines.

  • Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 35 – 40 lbs).

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

  • Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.

  • Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.


PAY

$17.00/hour


SCHEDULE

8am-5pm, Mon-Friday but flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
