Our respected and growing law firm in Houston is looking to add a Commercial/Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to its expanding litigation team.

What You’ll Do:
& Handle commercial and civil litigation matters
& Argue motions and attend court hearings
& Participate in depositions and trial preparation
& Assist with case strategy and settlement negotiations
& Draft pleadings, motions, and legal arguments
& Work closely with clients and senior attorneys
What We’re Looking For:
& 3 years of litigation experience
& Experience handling motions and court appearances
& Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
& Ability to manage cases in a fast-paced environment
