- Complete independent machine setups by verifying that correct tooling, parts, and offsets are accurately utilized. \n\t
- Observe machining cycles actively to identify mechanical irregularities or out-of-tolerance behavior, adjusting machine controls as necessary \n\t
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor mechanical troubleshooting on shop machinery to ensure optimal equipment uptime and safety. \n\t
- Measure completed components against technical blueprints using micrometers (both internal and external), dial indicators, and calipers to verify calibration. \n\t
- Prior hands-on experience operating a Hartech Gear Hobbing machine preferred. \n
