Job Description
    • Support Project Managers in overseeing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with scheduled site visits at least once per week.
    • Participate in weekly site walks to monitor progress, verify work aligns with plans and specifications, and document field conditions.
    • Assist with safety oversight by reinforcing OSHA requirements and OHT Partners' safety standards during site visits and coordination meetings.
    • Coordinate with superintendents and trade partners on schedule updates, sequencing, manpower planning, and site logistics.
    • Track material procurement, equipment needs, and delivery schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Support quality control efforts by reviewing installations, addressing deficiencies, and following up on corrective actions.
    • Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes to internal teams and ownership.
    • Assist in leading subcontractor coordination meetings and maintaining clear communication between field teams and project leadership.
    • Monitor project documentation, change management items, and cost impacts related to field conditions.
    • Proactively identify risks, coordinate solutions with the project team, and help resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
