Location: Fort Hood, TX
Pay: Up to $32.35/hour
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required (as applicable to site requirements)

Overview:
Seeking an Associate HR professional to support HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and workforce initiatives at a fast-paced site location. This role partners with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure effective HR service delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support HR Business Partners and site leadership with workforce initiatives
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
  • Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development programs
  • Maintain and update HRIS employee records and documentation
  • Process employee changes, transactions, and lifecycle updates
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance reviews
  • Identify and support HR process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with additional HR projects and site initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0&-3 years of HR experience (HR operations or employee lifecycle support)
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR documentation
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
