The Senior Facilities Technician's responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs, and preventative maintenance activities. Requires very little supervision. Must be a team leader in the facilities department.

Required Qualifications:
- On the job training and/or trade school education
- 3 years of experience as a repair person in a building trade
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced Plumber, Mechanic, Carpenter or Painter
