Our client is expanding their team and in need of someone who can step in and sit at the center of data analytics, customer operations, and product execution. We are looking for a Data Analyst who can work directly with customers, analyze complex data environments, identify trends and issues, and help improve overall deployment performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working cross-functionally, and operating in a fast-moving environment. This role is hybrid in Plano; all applicants must be local. Responsibilities Monitor, analyze, and improve data quality and system performance across customer deployments Partner directly with customers to support operational and analytical needs Work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams in an Agile/ Scrum environment Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within large-scale data sets Support data architecture, operational analytics, and integration efforts Design and optimize analytics workflows and reporting processes Build dashboards and visualizations that provide meaningful operational insight Troubleshoot data-related issues and drive resolution quickly Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related analytical field 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing analytical roles Strong Python experience required, experience with Spark strongly preferred Experience working with large-scale data environments, data warehousing, and operational analytics Strong SQL skills with knowledge of relational databases Experience with visualization and dashboard tools including Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, or Grafana Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts Experience supporting customer deployments or client-facing technical projects preferred IoT, sensor, or streaming data experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-directed mindset with the ability to operate independently and move quickly What We’re Looking For Strong analytical thinker who enjoys solving real operational problems Comfortable working in environments that evolve quickly Able to balance technical depth with customer communication Team player who can collaborate across engineering, product, and operations Someone who takes ownership and drives results without needing constant direction If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply directly through Imprimis Group / IG - Xperts.
