Job Summary

Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand. Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature. Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials. Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.


Essential Duties

  • Collaborates in the strategic development and meticulous execution of safety plans.
  • Conducts daily job requirements with the utmost safety, quality, and productivity in mind.
  • Executes the layout, assembly, and installation of process piping systems meticulously following predefined parameters, scope, and procedures.
  • Manages resources with responsibility for maintenance, loss, or proper application such as tools & equipment.
  • Assists in performing specific testing requirements per involved system.
  • Complies fully with all disposal, handling, and disposition functions as apparent for materials both consumed and not consumed on the project.
  • Ensures reliability risks are identified and measures are in place to minimize or reduce potential customer impacts.
  • Familiarizes self with all task documentation, materials and project required practices required to complete the task.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical certifications or vocational training preferred.

Strong Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing diverse tools and expertise in interpreting blueprints.

Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to see a problem, diagnose the source and fix the issue.
Positive attitude and ability to complete quality of work on schedule.
