Location: Richardson, TX 75081
Schedule: Monday&-Friday | 5:00 PM &- 9:00 PM
Setting: Memory Care Facility
Extra Shifts Available: Yes (optional)
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver with dementia experience to provide evening support for a client living in a memory care facility in Richardson.
The client has advanced dementia and is not aggressive, but she does experience confusion and may forget why the caregiver is present. Consistency, patience, and a calm presence are essential for this role. This is an ongoing assignment, and we are looking for someone who can commit long-term.
Responsibilities Include:

Providing companionship and reassurance

Assisting with basic ADLs as needed

Redirection and gentle cueing related to dementia

Ensuring client safety and comfort during evening hours

Communicating with facility staff as appropriate
Requirements:

Prior professional dementia care experience required

Reliable attendance and ability to commit to an ongoing schedule

Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor

Ability to follow care plans and facility guidelines
