Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Central Fill Sorter, you will assist with the accurate and timely production of Pharmacy scripts. You'll monitor and work with the totes in which scripts are transported to help ensure that customers' prescriptions make it to the right store at the right time so that our Store Pharmacies can provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: - Monitors production schedule using computer sorting software - Activates Corp # to begin sortation on computer sorting screen - Assigns totes to sorter locations - Monitors scripts remaining; notifies System Specialist when totes are not timely closing - Maintains log of Corps run and held / pulls totes as required for the next run - Removes totes from system when complete and forwards to staging area or Rx cage - Prints license plates / ensures that license plates are placed on the correct tote - Fills out headers and same-day paperwork and ensures that headers contain correct number of totes - Responsible for the accurate addition of any manual additions to the store tote - Monitors jackpot for "passers" and manually scans any into correct tote - Reports and corrects any miss-scans that occur in the sorter system - Verifies that any transferred scripts are going into the proper tote - Verifies the headers match scripts and license plates - Straps totes in preparation for shipping - Places tote in proper staging area if store is to run again - Monitors and closes out totes when store is complete - Cleans, restocks, and maintains work area including changing straps and labels - Performs Pharmacy Care Rep (PCR) and other duties as needed The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
