Job Title: Transactional Associate Attorney

Location: San Antonio, TX (In-Office)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $120,000 (Depending on Experience)

A well-regarded San Antonio law firm is seeking a motivated Transactional Associate to join their practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, and enjoy a highly attainable work-life balance rarely found in private practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and transactional agreements.

  • Assist clients with business formations, structural changes, and corporate governance matters.

  • Conduct legal research and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions.

  • Maintain direct communication with clients, providing strategic legal counsel to meet their business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated transactional or corporate law experience.

  • Billable Requirement: A highly manageable 1,500 billable hour target, allowing for true work-life balance.

  • Licensure: Active license to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing.

  • Skills: Strong contract drafting skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
