Job Duties Manage all aspects of the Gymnastics program including budget, recruiting, team travel, equipment, and community service. Run a fully compliant program in accordance with NCAA, Pac-12 Conference, and Texas State University rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Position the program to compete for championships; establish a culture of excellence in all aspects of the student-athlete experience.
