Job Duties Manage all aspects of the Gymnastics program including budget, recruiting, team travel, equipment, and community service. Run a fully compliant program in accordance with NCAA, Pac-12 Conference, and Texas State University rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Position the program to compete for championships; establish a culture of excellence in all aspects of the student-athlete experience. Preserve and protect the safety, health, and well-being of student-athletes; be dedicated to their academic success, personal development, and preparation for life beyond collegiate athletics. Build and maintain relationships with boosters, alumni, parents of current and prospective student-athletes, and those who have previously contributed to the program. Rally support from the university and surrounding communities; develop relationships and collaborate with campus and community partners. Fulfill all media responsibilities including interviews and coach’s show commitments; attend departmental, head coaches’, and conference meetings as required.
