Civil Litigation Attorney &- Houston, TX
I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established Texas litigation firm that is seeking to add a Civil Litigation Attorney to its growing practice.
This is an opportunity to join a respected litigation platform handling sophisticated defense matters involving businesses, carriers, and insured clients across a broad range of civil litigation disputes.
The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.
What We Need
- 3 years of civil litigation or related litigation experience
- Experience handling matters involving trucking, premises liability, products liability, casualty, commercial, or insurance-related disputes
- Ability to independently manage litigation files from inception through resolution
- Experience taking depositions, attending hearings, drafting motions, and participating in mediation strategy
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
