First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 03:30 pm)MIG welding & fabrication of structural components. Read blueprints and shop drawings with accuracy. Measure and cut materials using tape measures and fabrication tools. Operate shop equipment including brake press, hand brakes, shears, saws, and forklifts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with general shop duties as needed. MIG Welder Fabricator Qualifications:Proven MIG welding/fabrication experience (required)Strong blueprint reading and layout skills required. Solid measuring and math abilities. Ability to operate fabrication equipment confidently. Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills. Selfmotivated with a proactive work ethic. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
