Baylor Scott & White Health in Waxahachie is seeking an experienced RN ICU Manager to lead our growing 18 2011bed Mixed ICU at a Magnet 00AE 2011recognized hospital. This is a unique opportunity to join a low 2011turnover, high 2011performing team during an exciting period of facility expansion and program growth, including our journey toward Level III Trauma designation.
The RN Manager is responsible for the leadership and operational oversight of the ICU, ensuring exceptional patient care, strong staff engagement, and continued program development. This role partners closely with executive leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and future growth.

- Proven leadership experience in a critical care setting
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high 2011performing teams
- Clinical experience in CV ICU, Neuro/Trauma ICU
- Experience with program development and management
- Background supporting expansion initiatives or service line growth

Qualifications
- A Bachelor"s degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
- A minimum of (3) three years"relevant experience is desired.
- Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
